KARACHI: Pakistan's foreign exchange reserves rose to $9.497 billion in the week ending October 25 compared to $9.230 billion in the previous week, the central bank said.
Remittances from Pakistanis abroad rose 9 per cent to $3.9 billion in July-Sept, the first three months of the 2013/14 fiscal year, from $3.6 billion in the same period last year.
The fiscal year runs from July to June.
